Written on: February 25, 2010 Pros: Excellent gym Cons: Nothing really Overall: I am a very loyal customer of Re creating health club and reckon it is much better than a lot of them out there. It has the right equipment and excellent group classes. The fee is reasonably and doesn’t has any hidden fees what so ever. They have new equipment for the gym and also if someone is using the equipment you wish to use, you do not have to wait too long for it. I believe that I’ll always be a REC member.

Then here are Five.
It's a new year and it's time for a new body. We’ve never met a person that doesn’t want to feel better and look better. And if you’re “sick and tired of being sick and tired” then its time to do something about it.
So, even though the club hasn’t been build yet and you've been putting off joining the gym, here's 5 reasons for you to get started towards a better you today.
REASON 1 - More energy - If you're constantly feeling tired and run down, it's very likely that you lead a sedentary lifestyle. If you want to have more energy so you can last all day and night, you must get active. Get up and get moving. You don't need to do hours of endless exercise everyday, you just need to make it regular. Hence the advice of many doctors "get regular exercise". As cliché as it sounds, running water stays fresh and still water becomes stagnant. What type of water do you want to be?
REASON 2 - More confidence - Working out at a quality health club builds much confidence in oneself. You'll learn to love yourself so to speak and push the boundaries you once thought were impossible to topple. Imagine the satisfaction you will gain when just after a few short weeks you start to feel more confident in yourself and your abilities.
REASON 3 - Healthier body!!! As we get older, keeping ourselves healthy and in shape becomes more important. Many of us know this because of the wisdom older age grants us. If you want to age gracefully, nothing comes close to do this than by keeping in shape. You'll be healthier and enjoy a longer longevity for life. It could be the difference between living to 75 or 95. For many people both ages are old, yet the difference is 20 years! Possibly a longer period of time than some of you reading this have been alive!
REASON 4 - Accountability: We all know the routine. We SAY we're going to just exercise at home. "I have an exercise DVD at home. I'll just commit to watching it and doing the workout a few days each week." Yes, we have good intentions. But how many of us really follow through? This is why there are always a slew of used exercise videos and DVDs at garage sales. When an individual joins a reputable health club, however, they are making a commitment. This carries more weight. Once you get there, the atmosphere of people working at the club and those working out in the club will get you in the mood to burn off some of their own fatty deposits.
REASON 5 - Wear any clothing you want - Nothing is more satisfying than walking into any clothing store and being able to wear anything you like. Having clothes that always fit and being able to purchase any item of clothing you like on a whim is one of the most liberating experiences for someone who has been out of shape for some time. Next time you feel the urge to eat the wrong foods, think long and hard about what would truly give you more satisfaction. Is it that fatty cheeseburger or a favourite shirt you've been storing away for years for when you get into shape.
